My Last Holiday

    Hello again, this is me Alfi. I want to tell you guys about my holiday. Enjoy reading it!!    

    Holiday just ended. Nothing much i did in the last holiday. The first day of the holiday i had to do my PK work. I had to make an example of a proposal. Apart from doing the work i did, i also accompany my brother who has not seen for a long time. He's from Malaysia. We went to Braga, Trans Studio Mall, and other places like restaurants. On December 30 2022, i went to IKEA with my brother but i also had to present my proposal that have been made. The presentation last for 2-3 hours including an evaluation. At the same time, me and my other PK companions got an announcement about our first work program which is Makrab. i was chosen to be the chief executive of the program. So i spent almost of my holiday time to make a concept about the program. It's exhausting but at the same time i got very happy because i was given trust from my friends and my seniors to be the chief executive of the program. After 30th of December, i immediately made a committee system, i did assistantion to my senior about the program. I also did some research about the place that is fit to the program. 

    After that i thought that i need some "me time" so i went to Ciwidey on December 31 by myself. i went there by a motorcycle. At first it was boring, but when i arrive to Ciwidey area, it felt different. The place is beautiful, there was no trafic and the streets are clean. I was also amazed by the weather, it reaches 14 degree Celcius, fogs are everywhere at that time. In Ciwidey i went to Rengganis Crater. In that place there is a longest suspension bridge in South East Asia but it was raining so it would be dangerous if i go there. So i went to a resto intead. After 1 hour of waiting the rain stops, i immediately went to the bridge and the result was fascinating. The scenery was worth to wait, so i enjoy it for 1 hour until 4 PM. Because Ciwidey is quite far from Bandung, it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to ride a motorcycle from Ciwidey to Bandung. Besides from the duration of the trip, i really enjoy the trip. I arrived at home at 7 PM, i had a diner and went to sleep because it was exhausting so i didn't do anything on the new year's eve.

    In the first week of 2023 i went on a survey with my PK companions to some villa in Lembang for the work program i've mentioned before. All of the places was great but apparently they are not available at that time to take a reservation. It took 4 hours to survey 3 places in Lembanng. After we've done doing the survey, we went to BEC to eat and have a break. After finishing our meal, we got a recommendation about a villa located in Cigadung, so we went there but the result was none. We cannot contact the villa so we agreed to go home instead. At that time i was stressed out, hoping there's vertue in all of the emptyness about finding a place for the program.

    On the next 3 days we went for another survey in different areas in Lembang. In total of 5 places we had to survey, we found 2 places that suits for the program. Because we visit 5 places, it took at least 7 hours for the survey. It was exhaustingbut at least we found what we need.

     The day after the survey, we got an announcement that we cannot run the program in Friday, but the villa has only a villa for Friday and Saturday so we rearrange our timelines and many more including the place for the program. Finally after a overtire week, we managed to got the place for the program.
